How scoring works
Lower opportunity scores mean stronger control. Each zone needs at least three scored answers for an official result; two are provisional. The overall score needs four official zones. “Not sure” answers identify visibility gaps and do not count as scored answers.
A better cost percentage is not automatically a better F&B business. Review profit dollars, guest value and throughput together. This is an operating resource, not a substitute for professional advice or verified financial analysis.
