Privacy Policy

When you complete the Venue Reinvention Scorecard, we may collect:

• Your first and last name
• Business email address
• Company or venue name
• Your Scorecard responses and resulting scores
• Information about your role, decision authority, number of locations, timing, potential investment, and capital position
• Whether you request a Venue Reinvention Review, funding assistance, or another follow-up
• Referral information, page URL, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term
• Technical information that may be processed by our hosting and security providers, such as browser, device, IP address, and request logs

We use this information to:

• Generate and display your personalized Venue Reinvention Scorecard results
• Maintain a history of Scorecard assessments
• Understand where operators are identifying opportunities across their venues
• Improve the Scorecard, FEClife resources, and future industry tools
• Respond when you explicitly request a review, funding assistance, or another follow-up
• Protect the security and reliability of the Scorecard and related systems

Completing the Scorecard by itself does not mean you are requesting a sales call or follow-up conversation.

We will only contact you regarding a Venue Reinvention Review, funding assistance, or another direct follow-up when you explicitly request it.

We use third-party service providers to operate the Scorecard and securely process information. These currently include:

• Framer for the FEClife website and Scorecard interface
• Cloudflare for secure server-side processing and request handling
• Attio for customer relationship management and storage of Scorecard records

These providers process information on our behalf according to their own security and privacy practices.

We may retain Scorecard submissions and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate FEClife, maintain assessment history, respond to requested follow-up, improve our tools, and meet legal or operational requirements.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Scorecard submission, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect Scorecard information. Sensitive credentials used to connect FEClife systems are stored server-side and are not embedded in the public Scorecard interface.

FEClife does not sell personal information collected through the Venue Reinvention Scorecard.

We may update this Privacy Policy as FEClife adds new tools, services, or integrations. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest version.
