Operating Systems

Find the operating habits behind your labor result.

The Labor Productivity Scorecard evaluates how your operation forecasts demand, builds schedules, deploys the team, reads labor data, and manages productivity without sacrificing the guest experience.

Use it after the SPLH Analyzer, or on its own when you want to understand where the labor management system needs attention.

Important

This is not a labor-cutting scorecard.

Better labor productivity comes from stronger sales relative to hours, fewer unnecessary hours relative to sales, or both. The scorecard looks for operating inefficiency before assuming the answer is to remove labor, and it treats guest experience, safety, cleanliness, throughput, and team sustainability as part of a healthy labor result.
